If you've never had french fries made in duck fat, you really need to just make it happen. Super easy and sooooo delicious. You'll dream of the thin, crispy, salty goodness I'm now craving.

I love me a Lou's Buttercrust pizza. Sometimes they have the thin crust and when they do, grab 'em. Otherwise, the Sausage is the best. The Lou is also very good. Spinach can get a little watery.
TIP: Before cooking, remove frozen pizza from foil and wipe off all water/ice. Spray lightly with oil and replace pizza. Your crust will thank you.
