I think this is one of favorite aquarium plants. Extremely cool, and easy to care of. They turn more red, if they have intense light.

Great pond plants, aswell.

Rhizomes/Bulbs/Epiphytes/Other

These plants don´t want to be buried in the substrate. Bulbs should be placed on the substrate, so they can shoot their roots down, while rhizomes and epiphytes can be fastened to a rock or a piece of driftwood.

This anubias is very easy to care for. It thrives in shadow, and is fairly slow growing.

The round leaves makes it different from other anubias, and makes it a cute little find.

These “moss” balls are actually an algae, but dont worry, they wont harm your aquarium. They dont spread, and grow slowly.

They are almost impossible to kill, and they make a great home for small critters and microorganisms in  you aquarium. I see my fish nibble at them often.
