3 bananas, It is ideal to have brown bananas. If you are just really wanting to make banana bread you can have fresh bananas and make sure you squeeze them on the outside to make the center softer and more squishy.

These are some additions we have added to experiment with, of course it is all with love and fun.

We have added about 1 cup of trail mix, which gave it a exciting fruity/nutty taste. We did find that chopping/crushing the nuts yielded a better texture

We haven't tried adding peanut butter, but it has been discussed. I am excited to try it in the future. I would suggest probably reducing to 2 bananas instead of 1 and adding about ½ cup of peanut butter melted.
