I got this book for Xmas and I love it. The book teaches you to self-draft your clothes using formulas. Super easy pattern, mostly from rectangular pieces. The clothes and accessories look cute and chic too.

I got this book as a gift. They have a lot cute outerwear sewing patterns (e.g., hooded capes, simple coat, poncho, bolero). I can't wait to start making some of the capes.
Stylish Wraps Sewing Book: Ponchos, Capes, Coats
I got this book from my local book store. The blouse and dress patterns are really simple and elegant. The texts are in Japanese but the pictures are easy to understand. I also use the camera app from Google to translate written words.

The Art of Manipulating Fabric
This book is heavy! It contains a lot of useful info like basic sewing techniques, to drafting your basic pattern, to designing with darts, and more. Very helpful if you like self-drafting your clothes.
