Cancer Treatment takes a lot out of you. Changes your life. Your body needs some care no more than ever. These are places I have been, in Canada that take your health and wellbeing into account along with spectacular view. Give yourslef some love and grace.

I am currently going through treatment for Breast Cancer. July of 2023, I unfortunately had to have a double mastectomy. I had both breasts removed and spent 6 weeks going through a very tough recovery. These Items I have listed, I COULD NOT HAVE LIVED WITH OUT. During recovery, anything that helps give you more comfort and makes things a little easier will be a godsend! you are not only recovering physically, you are recovering emotionally. Be kind to yourself, and let others help you!

When you go through any kind of cancer treatment, your skin will go through changes. This is what helped me keep moisturized and helped my skin barrier stay healthy!

I attended a Look Good Feel Better workshop. I have been feeling really awful about the way I look now. I know it will get better, but for now, I learned that these products can help me feel more like myself. All are for sensitive skin, and allow for minimal product usage. Baby steps will help you embrace the New and Wonderful you!

I have been battling stage 2b breast cancer for almost 1 year now. I checked with my doctors to see what I could take to keep my body in the best shape possible to fight. Check with your doctor too, but these are the things in my house that I take daily!
