Most important part in your daytime skincare routine: sun protection! Never, ever skin SPF and try to use a higher number. Some people complain about them but Asian sunscreens are truly some of the best I've used and they are super pleasant.
if you prefer lightweight, moisturizing SPF then this is for you! I absolutely love this: it has a gel cream texture and is amazing for dry-weather days!

Asian SPFs are the best for a reason: this is lightweight, non-greasy, and has a gel cream texture. this is ideal for summer days. bonus: it is non-itchy for eyes so perfect for your eyelids as well!
Kose - Suncut UV Perfect Gel SPF 50+ PA++++ | YesStyle
better suited as a top-up while you're out and about for continuous sun protection (spf 50 is even better!) + it gives you a glowy natural touch as well!
Glow Stick Sunscreen and Highlighter SPF 50
this sunstick is another nice top-up - it isn't messy or greasy and does a great job at reapplication (over makeup and sunscreen).

Cleansers
Double cleansing is the best way to ensure a clean, glowy skin. I perfer balms and then a water-based cleanser but cleaning oils are also nice to replace balms.
The key to glass skin is proper cleansing - i prefer balms due to ease of use, especially during travel! this is suitable for sensitive skin though beware of the scent if it's something you don't vibe with.

this is my fav drugstore cleanser and it's perfect if you are sensitive to fragrance as it's unscented. it cleanses without stripping your skin - a definite must have.
Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm
if cleansing oil is your thing - this is a great alternative to balms and super easy to use!
Kose - Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil Pump - 230ML
gentle, soft texture, gets the job done tho packaging can be a bit iffy at times.
Haruharu WONDER - Black Rice Moisture 5.5 Soft Cleansing Gel - 100ml
if double cleansing isn't for you then this is a great alternative albeit might need a bit more effort for heavy makeup etc
Isntree - Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser - 220ml
gentle, non-stripping, great for double cleansing!
