Historical Dramas are my jam. I have literally watched all of them I can find. I tend to prefer ones that have a touch of romance. I provided this list for others that like this genre.
This is my favorite of all the historical dramas. I tend to gravitate to ones with romance intertwined. This one has some fantasy associated but that is not the major theme of the story

The daughter of the white queen is not a true continuation of the first but close. once again it seems like we always see henry viii and his family in these historical dramas but this is earlier than their reign

this was initially in a foreign language, but the voiceover is really good. I really liked the story I like learning about royalty from other countries.

Kate Blanchett does such a good job in the show. I absolutely love it I love everything Queen Elizabeth I just think it’s funny how Henry the eighth wanted a boy and he ended up having one of the strongest female queens ever as a daughter.
