Must-Haves for Pregnancy

Purple Star emoji 32 items
I will admit, I didn't buy many “extra” products in my first pregnancy because I wasn't really sure what would be necessary.  But after my first, I found that the products listed below made a HUGE difference in how comfortable I was throughout the pregnancy (especially at the end).  If you plan to have an early baby shower, these are great items to add for yourself – I know most people are excited to buy for the baby, but you will have one friend that will want to splurge on items for you!  Some of these items are also great investments pieces if you think you will have a few children (like the bloomers, belly bands, and maternity clothes!)

Bump Support

When you get into your third trimester, you are going to want all the extra support you can get for your pregnant belly!  Here are some of my favorite supports.

My absolute favorite Core + Pelvic Floor SUPPORT BLOOMERS from Bao Bei – these undies offer a unique support system that minimizes stress & strain through your abdomen at the end of pregnancy (and early postpartum). This support is key to reducin... I splurged on 2 pairs of these for the end of pregnancy and I wore for weeks after having my baby!

You can start wearing this as soon as you feel like you need it --it supports the abdominals, take pressure off the low back, and eases common discomforts and back pain during pregnancy.  I often recommend wearing in the early postpartum for support as well
ProBump™ Pregnancy Belly Support Band - Black

Maternity Clothes

Building a cute maternity wardrobe can be a CHALLENGE, so here are some of my favorites on the market right now.  Buying maternity clothes can be expensive, so I highly suggest finding friends who are in their baby-making years and see if you can build a collection to share!

Belly Skincare

I did not know that an excessively itchy belly was going to be a pregnancy symptom, and my itchy belly drove me CRAZY during both of my pregnancies!  These were some game changers in my second pregnancy!
