Are you looking for a fun and family friendly vacation spot? The Black Hills in South Dakota is your answer. There are many attractions for all ages. Stop in Sturgis for the annual bike rally, walk downtown Historic Deadwood, head to Keystone and visit Mount Rushmore, make your way to Custer, Hill City, Spearfish and Rapid City. There are many attractions for all ages, great hiking, and best of all fantastic scenery. Below are some of my family's all time favorite areas to visit.

Being an elementary teacher is so rewarding and so much fun. I love keeping my classroom up to date with the newest trends and making my scholars feel like home. I am always looking for new incentives, teaching hacks, projects and anything to keep my scholars engaged and get the best learning experience. I will share all my favorite teaching hacks, products, educational websites, projects and everything teaching right here!

I love games and so does my family. Games are great for learning, spending time with family and friends, and bring so much joy to those playing. I added my favorite card games, board games and dice games that I highly recommend. I also added games for younger kiddos that mine love. The list is always growing.

I love to cook and try new recipes to add to my family favorite recipe list. I grew up cooking with my great grandma, grandma and my mom. All of my favorite women were the best cooks and taught me many life skills and some of the best cooking hacks. That's where I got the love for cooking. I have twin toddler boys who are somewhat picky so finding meals that are healthy and yummy that they love is a huge win for me. I am all for finding simple and quick recipes that are low cost and can feed the whole family. Check out some of my all time favorite family recipes along with some of my absolute favorite blogger's recipes. I am always up to share and receive new things to try. :)

I love anything that has to do with gardening, flowers or houseplants. This is my second year growing my OWN garden and I love it. I spend hours during the winter planning my layout and what I will be planting in the spring. This year I started companion planting and my garden looks so awesome! I love gardening because it is so satisfying to see something grow and turn into something beautiful. I am always researching new ideas to incorporate in my garden. This year I had my husband help me put up 10 4' x 16' hog panels to make a trellis tunnel for my gourds and mini pumpkins. I am so excited to see how it looks this fall. I also had my husband help me build trellises for my fruit plants. I love trying new products and tools and I LOVE sharing my favorite products with other gardeners. :) Happy planting!

Play is the work of a child. I give my kiddos multiple opportunities to learn through play. Toy rotations are key in our household to keep them entertained and engaged. Here are some of my all time favorite toys and activities I like to do with my kiddos. The lists are always growing. I love to share free resources I come across to help other parents find engaging activities for their kiddos.
